Decal It reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product at any given time without any explanation or liability to the customer.

Brand Names

Decal It will unfortunately not accept any brand names. Any orders placed using brand names will be rejected.

Pricing

All prices shown on Decal It website include VAT.
Decal It reserves the right to modify a price without explanation or a given notice period.

Payments

Payment must be received in full from the customer before any goods are dispatched.
Payment can be made online via your debit/credit card or via paypal.
All payments are non refundable.
Decal It reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order or service at our discretion.

Refunds

Decal It does not accept returns or exchanges on any decal labels. However, if you have any problems with your order please message us on our get in touch page.

Billing Information

The customer agrees to ensure that all account information is up to date and relevant. Decal It is not responsible for any delays or additional costs caused by inaccurate information.
In the event that the Customer’s order or service is cancelled, limited or halted, Decal It will endeavor within reasonable limits to contact the Customer to explain the situation.

Production Time & Delivery

Decal It does not take responsibility for delivery times. We post all items promptly but Royal Mail will determine the delivery time.
Due to high demand orders can take up to 2 weeks, however, most orders are dispatched within 1 week.

Product Details

Decal labels will be made to a max height of 2 inches, unless requested smaller. The width of the label will be automatically made to keep the wording in proportion. Any specific requirements must be requested whilst placing your ordering, not after, as your label may have gone into production. Please check through the order details in your cart, as once payment from the customer has been taken the wording cannot be changed.
